Text / SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and checking the Health & Insurance Updates SMS consent box, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Axis Health about healthcare and insurance information, coverage resources, quote resources, and related offers at the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase and is not required to purchase goods or services.

Message frequency varies. Subscribers typically receive 2 to 6 messages per month.

Opt-In Consent

Consent to receive text messages is collected via our opt-in web form using one unchecked consent checkbox. No other SMS consent is requested on the opt-in form. Axis Health does not charge for text messages; however, standard message and data rates as determined by your mobile carrier may apply. Please contact your carrier for details.
